The Dynamic Mind PracticeTM (DMP) is a deep relaxation mindfulness practice that has been found to relieve fears, worries, anxieties, physical tension and sleeping difficulties. It also helps us assists everyone who uses it to feel calmer, more positive and present, and creates the ability for us to think with increased focus and clarity.

DMP is presented by Gita Bellin who has been teaching, lecturing and consulting internationally for sixty years.

Gita and her team at Gita Bellin & Associates have been assisting people with the knowledge and skills that release stress. DMP has been shared with hundreds of thousands of people over 50 years, world-wide, by Gita and the many GBA teachers who have been trained to deliver the practice.

DMP is being made available online for the very first time. Gita and her team wish to freely offer the Dynamic Mind Practice to anyone who would like to experience all the great benefits of doing this simple, yet powerful practice of deep relaxation and stress release.

Gaining the skill of DMP is especially beneficial in overcoming all the current challenges that we are all facing, at this time.
